My cooking style is American Regional influences but with bold flavors. Rustic American flare or New American cuisine is my style. I like to use traditional techniques and flavor but think outside the box for traditional/french cooking but change the recipes, flavor and presentation.
I am a very goal oriented Chef. My personality is confident and friendly, I pride myself in respecting my products along with the clients I service. I have ample experience in the Culinary field.. I have worked in restaurants, hotels, country club and golf clubs. My career has been thirteen years, eight year of that has been in management. Recently, I have spent spend most of my time in golf clubs and I truly enjoy that scene. It allows you to be more flexible and creative with the menu and ideas that you can bring to life.
