I have been cooking since I was 10, mixing up world class cocktails for 16 years. High volume bars, restaurants and nightclub experience, ready to tone it down to serve private clients and their families/events.
Carlos and assistant Russell prepared us a fantastic dinner to end our Washington trip and to celebrate a special birthday. Our dinner was wonderful, from appetizers to dessert! Carlos and Russell were on time, did everything for us, cleaned the kitchen perfectly.... we almost felt guilty for not needing to do a thing. We all would highly recommend Carlos for your special dinner. And to top it off, they are both very nice men, we enjoyed their company! Thank you, Carlos and Russell!!!!!!
Excellent private party chef
For our family reunion, Chef Carlos and his assistant Shannon were the perfect pair. Carlos was very communicative and created a custom menu and drink pairing. From prep through the last dish being cleaned up, my group raved about the menu and the chef's friendly demeanor. I would highly recommend Carlos for any occasion that you'd like to be special.
