Well traveled private/personal chef

I tend to lean towards classic French techniques and simple classic Italian dishes. But I also have experience with cooking vegan dishes.

My mother was from Italy so it all started in the kitchen learning to make pasta from scratch at an early age. I eventually started a personal chef business and then became private later on. I then worked under Michelin star chef Pepe Moncayo where I learned so much.
