I learned to cook lots of different things, but with a french technique and influence. I have a weak spot in my soul for good fresh mexican food, but like many different cuisines, and have cooked a fair amount as well.
I have worked in fine dining for about 10 years. I have worked at Manna in downtown Wilmington, NC, and a variety of other fine dining establishments. A good friend of mine I have worked with is now running a place that just won southern living top 10 places to go in the south. All my experience is from hands on hard work, and a love for good food. I have been lucky enough to cook for a fair amount of celebrities when working in Wilmington.
