I started in kitchens working as a dishwasher and quickly worked my way up from dish pit to executive chef. I was the Sous Chef for Bull McCabes Irish pub, sous chef for Chow, Executive chef for Riffs, and a personal chef for a fraternity at UNC Chapel Hill.
