I like to do a number of cuisines, but I pride myself on doing at least 90% from scratch and as fresh as possible. I love cooking Mexican and Asian cuisine, but I also love Western European, primarily French, Spanish and Italian.

I have been in the service industry since 2005 and have been cooking since 2006. I have worked primarily in restaurants but I have also worked in catering and I have been a private chef for almost two years now.
