I started in the kitchen at age 15 with a passion for cooking but had to start as a dishwasher. I worked my way up the ladder at a local steak house know for their prime aged beef, hand cut thick baseball steaks and 5 star french fusion dishes that couldn't be and still can't be produced or found anywhere else in town. I learned and mastered every aspect of the kitchen. So by age 19 I was appointed head chef. I love what I do because I love food and art.
