Family friendly chef with skills

One word; tasty. I really enjoy food that packs a lot of flavor; and just tastes good and is done right. It doesn't matter if it's grilled teriyaki salmon or Mac and cheese made with gruyere; when it's done well, you can tell.

I've been working in and out of restaurants since I was 16 years old, mostly as a server, but I have developed a real passion for cooking over the years and have cultivated it by serving to my large family (5 sister and 2 brothers), as well as for many family's that I have cared for over the years.
