I have 14 years of cooking experience and I have worked in many different restaurants (traditional Italian, New York style Italian, Japanese, Caribbean Cuisine, Mexican Cuisine, just to name a few). I am currently a chef at Daytona Beachs premier resort, The Plaza Resort and Spa.
