I cook from scratch, some rich foods, some that are health inspired.

I have been cooking since the age of 9 years old. I was originally taught by my great grandma. Southern style cooking. A Blackfoot Indian elder who of a tribe in Virginia. I then in later years would earn my diploma in culinary arts. And I love to create new dishes I believe you will love them as well. Ask about my cakes as well.
