I'm an international (6 continents) style chef using whole, primarily plant-based ingredients. I also bake and can modify recipes based on allergic reactions and dietary restrictions.

Classically trained with a degree in culinary. I've been honing my cooking skills professionally since 2009 back in Orlando, FL. I've since been grateful to take my skills and sharpen them further working in places like Austin, TX, Scottsdale and Phoenix, AZ. The journey does not stop here!
