My style is to bring out the best flavor in the ingredients i am using. Caribbean and Asian cuisine are personal favorites.

I am a graduate Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. Over the past five I have worked in small fast paced diners, Banquets, Catering, Gastro Pubs and Fine dining restaurants. Currently training under Chef Brian Ricci at Brick and Mortar.
