I prefer to cook food that excites the palate. Growing up in Philadelphia with an eastern European family I became accustomed to eating rich food on a budget. I was well traveled and through my exposure I developed a taste for elevating the foods we eat everyday, using spices from around the world.

I am a young urban professional looking to bring diverse international flavors to those looking for an experience like no other.
