My cooking style is influenced by all cultures and the flavors that distinguishes each. I'm deeply into fusion and the way it opens new pathways of flavor. It's in that lane that I'm able to create new dishes, and expand on, or keep tradition fresh.

Food, is all I know. For the last 25 years I have honed my craft; but it wasn't until eight years ago that I knew how I wanted to make my mark. In 2008 I became a private chef, and caterer. It was then that I knew what my true calling was, personalized services.
