French is basically my foundation, but fusing different cultures is what I'm experimenting with. Trying to modernize my cooking style with molecular gastronomy is a goal I have set for myself.
I started cooking as a young boy, watching emerald live and Julia Child, trying to recreate recipes. I started to cook prefessionally in 2009 when I started School. Iv'e Been through various jobs; catering, Banquet style and Fine Dining.
