I'm well rounded and used to cater for large events such as weddings, business parties, festivals, etc. The more the merrier! I enjoy teaching others how to become independently creative!

Currently a restaurant manager at The Copper Chimney in Palm Bay FL, an American dining establishment serving traditional American fanfare as well as pan-asain and Italian influences. I'm also a 2011 graduate of Keiser University's Culinary Arts program.
