My cooking style is Soul Inspired Urban Cusine . Classical American ingredients and dishes refined with a southern influence and touch if urban flare.

I've worked in food service for over 23 years. My experience ranges from line cook, sous chef, executive chef and corporate chef in charge of menu development, training and kitchen operations. I have ran kitchens and front of the house operations for restaurants as well as an area trainer and supervisor for franchise operation. I've created menus, awarded winning BBQ and Texas Chili recipes. Currently own and operate my own catering business. I've been featured in KCAL 9 and ABC 4 news stations with cooking segments. I'm also a Food Network alumni chef, having competed and won a season 5 episode of Guys Grocery Games.
