Soul Elegance- Where Fine Dining Meets the Soul

My style of cooking is very fusion forward. I combine my southern roots with traditional Cajun flavors and French techniques. My slogan is Soul Elegance - Where Fine Dining Meets the Soul. I take my grandmother dishes and put a fine dining twist to them. I am also a certified fitness and nutritional coach.

I have been cooking for 20+ years starting in my family's restaurants, while working along side my grandmother. I am a graduate of Lecole Culinaire where I was classically French trained. After graduation I worked in several restaurant and trained under several celebrated chefs, which led me to become the first African American Executive Chef of Oxford, Ms. I served as the Executive Chef of Green Roof Lounge a restaurant located on the rooftop of Marriott. Throughout, the years I have been the personal chef to several celebrities', athletes and affluent families.
