Being a Chef with a new perspective, I have a very extensive Culinary background and palette, which allows me to create amazing fusion recipes and revise and/or create recipes for clients, especially for those that have Special Dietary needs.

With over 30 years of experience in restaurants, catering, schools & hospitals, and for the last 6 years specializing in Special Dietary Needs, I’m a Certified Chef with additional certifications ie. Sustainable Seafood, Hotel Management & Hospitality, etc. I bring all of this experience to each of my clients.
