I love cooking a a wide variety of different types of food. But before I became a chef, I fell in love with growing my own food and preserving my fruits and vegetables so that I could share the garden with my family long past the growing season. I will be offering classes on how to preserve food for your family's. Each class will cover a different type of food,ike one whole class on pickles or salsa. I do offer package class rate.
