My style is cuisine across cultures, which means I love cooking different foods from all over the world, you name it and I'll make it. I try to revise every recipe to its healthiest form without compromising its flavor or your satisfaction of the meal.

I have an associates degree in culinary arts from Le Cordon Bleu, Orlando. I've owned my own restaurant, which I sold to be an executive chef for central Florida health. I have 13 years of experience.
