I am puerto Rican and love cooking meals for my family on the holidays my style is Caribbean American I try to mix my Caribbean style on American dishes(I also have a background in indian,Japanese,chinese,latin,and Italian boston university has a diverse culinary menuso that we rotate weekly and have new dishes from everywhere on this world.

Worked in different types of restaurants from gourmet sandwich spot in the south end ,also at an all natural organic restaurant in Brigham and women hospitalpresently I'm working at Boston University in a dining hall as a lead cook and off and on sous chef I've been with boston university for 5 years
