Some classic French training with lots of years of cooking. I do wonderful Eggs Benedict, omelets, breakfasts, bakes with compote etc . Gumbo, steaks, southern comfort etc .
2 years sous chef for the largest buffet in the state, 2 years head chef for the largest fraternity in the state @ OU, Beta Theta Pi. Currently head cook for the largest church in town, I cook for around 180 people twice a week. It's a one man catering company full time.
