My style is simple clean and elegant, I take everyday ingredients and elevate them so that everyone can enjoy it and be able to relate. I incorporate a lot of fusion into my dishes, my main flavor profiles are French and Middle Eastern, I also enjoy making pastry. I love to make very flavorful food that amazes people with one bite, my favorite thing about cooking is making people smile!

I've worked in many different restaurants with many different cuisines, I've worked at several of the top fine dining restaurants in NYC, and am currently the sous chef at one of the best gastropubs/whiskey bars in NY.
