Cooking professionally for the past 20 years, one becomes flexible with cooking what other people desire. I have cooked for families that desire everything from pure American to southeastern Asia, north African with middle eastern influences, health conscience Mediterranean (all while balancing macros), to (my personal favorite) low country/southern/full flavored with soul meals! Everyone always asks What is your favorite thing to cook? and I always answer Whatever sounds good to you. Cooking for people and the joy that they experience sitting around a table enjoying good food is what fulfills me.

My love of cooking since childhood eventually led to a start in my professional cooking career at the happiest place on earth. The Grand Floridian Resort at Walt Disney World was the best place I could imagine to learn the dedication of a career in hospitality. My culinary journey in various kitchens from Chicago to Orlando to Indianapolis grew into finding my niche as a private chef cooking for prominent families in Indy. I am excited that my work schedule allows me to provide services for those looking to produce great dinner parties!
