Comfort foods with Influences from Spanish, Caribbean & Asian cuisine. I do a lot of pastries, bread, cookies, cakes, ice creams as those are my favorite things.

I have been cooking since age 5 and trained classically by Program know as C-Cap( careers through culinary arts program) also attended Kingsborough Community College (almost done taking a break) I currently work at the Institute of culinary education as a Chef Assistant.
