My style covers all bases, from fine French dining to table side cooking to backyard BBQ. I like to have fun and will happily involve you and your guests or be behind the scenes and let my servers provide the professional service to exceed your expectations.
Over 25 years in the hospitality business, cooking in fine dining restaurants, country clubs, historic hotels, etc. I started my career in Ocean City Maryland, learning service and wines for 5 years at The Ocean Club. Then I spent 3 years cooking and serving great food and fine wines at Nantuckets in Fenwick Is De. I then moved to upstate NY and learned Italian cuisine at The Savoy in Rome, I started off as a line cook and after 2 years I was promoted to kitchen manager where I cooked for celebrities like Hillary Clinton. After 5 more years, I had the opportunity to open a historic hotel that had a 15 million dollar renovation as executive chef, with banquet facilities for 1200 and an 80 seat fine dining restaurant. There I had the opportunity to have celebrities such as Jerry Seinfeld enjoy my delicious menu offerings. From there I spent 2 years at a local country club and finally ended up in healthcare for a better quality of life and my philosophy that being in a hospital doesn't mean you have to eat bad food. We currently serve prime rib, chicken franchise, cashew chicken, beef brisket street tacos, stuff you would have never seen in a hospital setting a few years ago!
