Classically french trained from the French culinary institute in New York. After graduating in 2010, I have poured my heart and soul into every kitchen I have had the pleasure of working in. I started to crave more from this wonderful combination of science and passion that is cooking. Large fine dining style catering, corporate dining and private events for high end clients are just a few places where my craving has led me to.
