While I've prepared many styles of food over my career, I always come back to the recipes my Mom would make for me as a kid. I like to re-imagine the food I grew up with and bring it forward into today. Lasagnas, meatloaves, pancakes, pork chops and fresh, local veggies are frequent stars.

I work full time as a culinary consult and designing menus and helping businesses in the hospitality industry run better. With that, my first love is still in the kitchen and being able to cook these private events allows me to reconnect with that love.
