I have been cooking professionally for 17 years and have worked in every type food venue. I have worked in Private Clubs, Hotels, Personal Chef Services, Catering, Gastropubs, Steakhouses, Coastal Seafood restaurants and I am currently a Resident Chef in charge of running a cooking school for the general public here in Naples, Fl.
