I am classically trained, however, I like to think outside the box while respecting traditional dishes to inspire me creatively.

I honed my skills at Johnson and Wales before gaining valuable experience in notable establishments such as French Laundry, Bensi, Mexican Radio, Amore Italiano, and Big Sky. I’ve won over 30 cooking competitions and earning regional and national awards including 2 James Beard nominations.
