I am from South Louisiana so I cook authentic cajun food. Comfort food is also a specialty of mine, but I have been trained in the French style of cooking. I am also a wedding/ birthday cake designer.

Graduated from culinary school in 2012. I worked as the catering and banquet chef for Dilegges in Evansville. Now I moved to Mt.Vernon where I was the Executive Chef for Dean's.
