My name is Chef LT. I've been a cook all my life even as a young child. I have 17 years of hospitality experience; I've been a culinary graduate for 10 years and a Personal Chef for 3 years. My favorite food to cook and eat are Asian and Mexican Cuisine. It's not to say I don't enjoy cooking all types of dishes these are just my favorites. Food means so much to me. Whenever food was the reason to gather my family put aside their differences laughed and enjoyed one another's company. To me food means peace and unity. Food is essentially my Love language.
