I aim to please. My style fluctuates, but I focus mainly on bold flavors with plenty of spices and herbs. I'm currently working in an Italian restaurant, but for my personal cooking I lean towards creole style.

I've been cooking since I was 16. I've worked my way up from dish washer to just being offered a sous chef position at the company I work for. I'm classically trained from Ai in Minneapolis, and I've worked in several restaurants in the area.
