I love to create flavor by fusing together different techinques and cultural flavors. I also have a love traditional recipes and enjoy the challenge of perfecting them. I will be experimenting with smoking meats as I just bought a smoker! Basically I love cooking! For my family especially and I would love to share my passion with you!
I have been working in restaurants since the age of 15. I have done every job from restaurant to assistant manager. I recently won best restaurant for 2015 in Winnemucca, NV (Star Broiler Steak House - Winners Inn & Casino). I am currently working at Topaz Lodge in Gardnerville, NV. There, I work as the line cook and help the sous chef work on recipes and update our seafood buffet to a more modern menu.
