I buy directly from Local Farms, and work with seasonal products in order to maximize the quality of my dishes. I will make sure that you have not only a delicious meal, but also a healthy meal!

I'm a young but experienced cook. With almost 10 years of experience, I'm proud to say that I'm an International Chef. I've worked in major cities like Buenos Aires (Argentina), Punta del Este (Uruguay), Ibiza (Spain), and Miami (United States). I have a very colorful experience, I' ve worked in 5 Stars Luxury Hotels, in Restaurants owned by Celebrity and Michelin Starred Chefs, and I event worked on Luxury Cruise Ships!
