My cooking style is understanding my client. Deep down inside, a perfect dinner is one where my client and their guests leave happy. Rather than just making a generic menu, I like to discuss with my clients what they are looking for and then use my skills and experience to deliver it. Having said that, I love the element of surprise - If I can introduce something new to my clients and their guests, it always makes the night a little more memorable!

Attended International Culinary Center in New York City to learn classic techniques. My love for Spanish food led me to take classes in Spain as well. I have spent the last 7 years working as a private chef in New York, Chicago, and now in Miami.
