I am a 4th generation Southern girl. So I can make biscuits and fry chicken. However, my personal favorite is to build the perfect bite. That is always my goal.

I am a second career chef. I've owned Elizabeth's Edibles Personal Chef Services for 10 years. Prior to that, I worked in the arts for 30 years. This allows me to bring great event experience to my cooking experience. I want to cook exactly what you want to eat. I also love to teach, all ages.
