I started my journey at a young age cooking at home with my family, then pursued a degree in culinary arts. I developed a sacred relationship with food and learned to respect the methods of preparation for ingredients and how its affects the whole outcome of a dish. I have been working in the professional field of fine dining for 10 years and have learned countless techniques and methods to compliment the preparation of ingredients I choose to cook with. My specialty is Whole Foods Plant Based cuisine, however, I am open to working with and preparing animal products. I also have experience with specialty diets such as diabetic, gluten-free, low sodium, etc.
