Very visual and bold flavors. I love the art of plate presentation as well as the development of flavors when creating a dining experience for anyone. I treat all my guest as if they are family only serving the best possible products at all time and making my dishes from scratch to ensure a finished product that I can truly be proud to serve. Most of my cooking style is American with an influence from fusion cuisine as well as molecular gastronomy.
I currently have a total of 16 years experience in a commercial kitchen. I have been an Executive Chef for 9 years now and have worked for some very reputable restaurant names as well as a few private clubs. I currently run a restaurant and catering facility in the Detroit and I am able to take care of parties of all sizes. I have an Associates degree in culinary arts as well as a certificate in pastry arts. I have 7 National Restaurant Association certifications which help me to make sure the functions at hand go absolutely perfect from start to finish.
