I like big rich flavors when I cook. I was taught French cooking style but I also learned Italian and Mexican. I can bake too.
I went to culinary school and graduated in the summer of 2012. I have worked at numerous resturants in Louisville from fine dining to casual dining and buffet. I recently found out I was pretty good at baking as well. Pretty much you name it and I can either cook it or I will try my best.
