Self-taught private chef based on the Westside of Los Angeles, offering fully custom multi-course dinners in homes and vacation rentals. Barbecue is where I started and what I have cooked the longest, and smoke and char remain the backbone of everything I make. On that foundation I build California-led, produce-forward menus, layered with the flavors of my travels through Thailand, Indonesia, Spain, South Korea, and North Africa. I handle everything from menu design to a spotless kitchen, with restaurant-level plating, careful dietary accommodation, and a table your guests remember.
