I have spent 10 years in the catering industry creating amazing menus for clients from intimate dinners to Governor Inaugural dinners for 4000. Most recently I owned a small, specialty bakery in Centennial, CO where I created award winning cinnamon rolls, assorted breakfast and pastry items.
