I spent 3 years in culinary school and worked for my mentor for majority of my time in school until this very day. I run the restaurant inside the Denver Athletic Club, one of the top 10 in the country. I create my own menus and recipes four times a year to coordinate with each seasonal and the freshest ingredients.
