I specialize in all things southern. I love to Bbq and smoke meats. I am willing to tackle any other type of food I can get my hands on. I have tried to cook Mexican, Indian and Asian food and have had some success.
I was raised in a family restaurant, my father was a chef and my mother and grandmother were waitresses. I have worked in the hospitality industry since I was 15 years old. I was the personal chef to the 2012 National Champion University of Kentucky Wildcats Men's Basketball team. I have traveled and trained in 14 different restaurant locations for 2 different companies.
