Strong French influence but my passion is modern American. I like to make food people can easily identify with but adding my own style of fusion cooking. I also have a strong Japanese influence as well as my wife is from Japan. Basically if I make a cheeseburger it'll be the best burger you have ever had! I like classic American food with a twist.
I've worked at many fine dining restaurants on the Las Vegas strip. From Gordon Ramsay steak. To the 2 Michelin star Guy Savoy. I have a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu.
