I love to cook Italian food. I grew up in an Italian household and there was always plenty of food. I also do Asian and fusion foods. I don't limit myself to one type of cuisine.
I have been a chef for the last 12 years. I started at a young age,17, I've worked my way from the bottom to master my culinary skills. I have worked all over the east coast in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Miami. I have worked with many different cuisines, Indian, Asian, Latin, new American, Italian and Eastern European. I always say that food is the key to the heart. And my food always comes from the bottom of mine. I am a very dedicated chef and I will always take in consideration dietary needs or allergies that somebody might have. Special diets. Vegans. Vegetarians.
I never heard from Maria. I'm thankful I was able to rebook with a different chef on short notice.
Can a good thing happen twice
From start to finish it was almost a great experience. Chef Maria was very pleasant and answered all my questions. When it came to the day I was so dehydrated that I was layed up in the bed all day. The five other people I had invited did enjoy themselves. They raved over the cucumber mint cocktail she made them, dessert, steak they pretty much !oved it all. I can tell because they also all passed out afterwards. Chef Maria was kind enough to make me plates to eat when I was well enough. She was awesome! I hope I can have her cook for me again.
Maria created a wonderful evening for my friends and I. She came on time, fully prepared, and created some of the best dishes we've ever had. Can't wait to do it again!!
