I love to cook Italian food. I grew up in an Italian household and there was always plenty of food. I also do Asian and fusion foods. I don't limit myself to one type of cuisine.
I have been a chef for the last 12 years. I started at a young age,17, I've worked my way from the bottom to master my culinary skills. I have worked all over the east coast in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Miami. I have worked with many different cuisines, Indian, Asian, Latin, new American, Italian and Eastern European. I always say that food is the key to the heart. And my food always comes from the bottom of mine. I am a very dedicated chef and I will always take in consideration dietary needs or allergies that somebody might have. Special diets. Vegans. Vegetarians.
From start to finish it was almost a great experience. Chef Maria was very pleasant and answered all my questions. When it came to the day I was so dehydrated that I was layed up in the bed all day. The five other people I had invited did enjoy themselves. They raved over the cucumber mint cocktail she made them, dessert, steak they pretty much !oved it all. I can tell because they also all passed out afterwards. Chef Maria was kind enough to make me plates to eat when I was well enough. She was awesome! I hope I can have her cook for me again.
Maria created a wonderful evening for my friends and I. She came on time, fully prepared, and created some of the best dishes we've ever had. Can't wait to do it again!!
Our chef was Maria, and she did an excellent job. We have a lot of dietary restrictions and she did a great job creating a menu. She was very professional, arrived on time, and with some things prepared ahead of time, which was great. She took into account everything I said about what we liked and didn't like and prepared flavorful meal, including appetizer, main and dessert. We would definitely recommend her.
