I love food period. I love cooking different styles and combining them to make unique flavor profiles that you didn't know would work together. I'm always open to a challenge. I like to cook healthy and balance it with a nice rich dessert because you can't be good all the time.

I am trained in culinary arts, baking and pastries. I grew up in Northern Nevada and went to school on the Oregon coast. I learned my love for food and the way and how to perfect my cooking along the way. I have done everything from International to special dietary needs. I've developed a great-tasting cookie that is gluten, dairy, soy, sugar cane, and egg free. I've worked in custom cake shops, high-pace restaurants, and fine dining. From small shops to working in the Bellagio.
