Graduate from Colorado Mountain College Culinary Institute, Vail Colorado Campus. Since then I have been working professionally for about 6 years. Spreading the majority of it working for celebrity chefs on the Las Vegas strip. Starting as a line cook for Thomas Keller and jumping around to Bobby Flay, Mario Batali, and now I am a Sous Chef for Wolfgang Puck.
