I have been cooking for over 15 years from Maine to Florida between catering, Full Service restaurants, and corporate dining. My love for cooking has evolved over the years and started out with simple homestyle meals to more refined adaptations of common dishes! I pull my flavors from numerous sources such as my Afro-Caribbean upbringing, Soul food, Seafood (I love a good Maine lobstah' ) and other Fusion cuisines. I look forward to giving you an explosion of flavors in every bite! Also there is a minimum guest requirement of 6 otherwise there is minimum fee of 250 plus Miummium fees.
